By using our service, you agree to our terms and conditions of business.

The first clean may be charged at up to double the regular maintenance price due to the additional time required. This will always be agreed in advance.

Where a discounted initial clean is provided on the basis of signing up for regular cleans, the additional amount may become payable if you cancel before three cleans have taken place. This reflects the additional time required to bring the property up to maintenance standard.

Our pure water cleaning system is very effective at cleaning general dirt from your windows, frames, and sills. However, it may not remove stubborn or man-made dirt, including but not limited to:

  • Builders’ residue (e.g., plaster, concrete, paint, etc.)
  • Stickers or adhesive
  • Staining/discolouration on windows or frames from chemicals or rust
  • UV bleaching of frames

These can often be removed at an additional cost—please enquire.

If we cannot access a window, we cannot clean it. Prices do not include moving any items. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure we have access to everything that is to be cleaned, unless pre-arranged. We cannot clean some windows if left open; customers will receive a text message the day before and should ensure windows are shut upon our arrival.

We are not responsible for damage arising from pre-existing defects, poor installation, degraded seals, or structural issues.

Our liability for any loss or damage shall not exceed the amount paid for the service in question.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

We visit at a minimum of every six weeks, depending on our agreement. We ask for some flexibility in scheduling due to rain or other factors.

We will not clean your windows in extreme weather conditions; however, we do work in light rain and showers. Our promise to you is that the results will still be the same. It is our decision whether we work or not.

We reserve the right to reschedule cleans due to unsafe weather conditions. Customer cancellations due to forecasted weather within 24 hours remain subject to our cancellation policy (see 1.3).

We will try to be as reliable as possible, but we also appreciate the customer being reliable. We make time and space in our schedule for you.

Cancellations or turning our team away with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a charge of 50% of the normal price expected, and/or cancellation of any ongoing service.

We also reserve the right to charge the full price expected if access on the day has not been made available. In such cases, we will clean only what we can safely access.

You may cancel our services at any time, but we require a minimum of seven days’ notice. If less than seven days’ notice is given, the next clean remains payable in full. Cancellations may be made by email to [email protected].

By agreeing to our regular services, you agree to a minimum of three cleans. If cancelling before three cleans have taken place, the waived extra charge for the initial visit will be payable.

We always aim to provide the best possible service. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you must contact us within 24 hours of the clean. We will then return the next working day to assess the issue and re-clean your windows free of charge if necessary.

Complaints made after 24 hours may not be re-cleaned. We will always seek to rectify any issues provided we are informed within 24 hours of the clean date.
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

All customer information is kept on a confidential database and is not shared with any individual or company, except as required under the terms of our business agreement or by law (Data Protection Act 2018 and UK GDPR).

We may take photographs of work completed, or before and after, for marketing purposes. Images will not include identifying details such as house numbers, street names, or vehicle registration numbers unless separately agreed.

If you prefer that images of your property are not used, you may opt out at any time by notifying us in writing via email or post.

All payments are due within seven days of the clean or invoice date.

Should a payment be late, we reserve the right to charge late payment fees to cover interest and administration costs. This is a fixed sum of £25, which will be added to the balance.

Late payment reminders are sent after seven days at our discretion.
